It's important that the appropriate action is taken in the event of an incident. Reviewing past video footage unpacks the events leading to an incident to identify the modus operandi and gather evidence to compile a case file to assist with prosecution.

• A surveillance officer verifies alerts by reviewing the video footage to ensure they are credible.
• The customer or the customer’s preferred armed response agent is notified immediately and appropriate information is provided to the response team.
• Systems can be integrated with the respective armed response companies.
• Watcher’s supervisor ensures incidents are managed to a conclusion.

Post Analysis
